All I am hearing this week is all the offers for Black Friday, which seem to have started on Monday.

A lot of the offers are in the shops but a great deal will be in the internet. So the question is, how do you ensure your employees aren’t on the internet all day on Friday rather than working?

The answer is having a strong IT policy which includes internet access not only through company property but also when they can use their own devices. There is no harm in reminding everyone about the policy, there is no point having it and making the employees aware about it.
