At HR Business Consultants we create processes with key stage points to support managers and business owners in their roles and are mindful to keep them simple so they are easily followed (we appreciate you have your day job to do too).

When creating a process, it’s important to ensure the essential elements are put in place, such as legal requirements that have to be followed. We don’t blind you with three letter acronyms or HR speak and we work with you to ensure you understand them and what you need to do.  Yes, we do remind you that you need to document the evidence, but this is to help both parties.
