How can you make your working life easier?  Outsourcing and delegating is the answer.  Yes, you have to invest in training but remember you do not have to provide a training manual; the person you are giving the task to may have a better knowledge and skillset so can evolve and improve, where you may be stumbling along.  You also do not have to get things up to date before handing over, they can take the work off you.
