How do you encourage your employees to become fitter in these times?

The HR Blog

Well, you give them an incentive.  I am sure they have made a New Year’s resolution or two, but here is how to help them keep their fitness one.  When we are able to attend work you can think about introducing the Bike to Work Scheme.  They say they can save up to 42%.  You can read all about it on the following website https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/cycle-to-work-scheme-implementation-guidance

The good news is all employees can take advantage of the scheme providing that they are UK taxpayers via the PAYE scheme and over 16 years of age.  The earning must remain above the level of national minimum wage after the salary sacrifice has been deducted.  If you are under 18 then you need a guarantor to be able to participate.
