Interviewing isn’t a one way street. Yes, as an employer you will have worked preparing for the interview, but remember the candidate is interviewing you too. It is likely they will have been to a few interviews and you need to make an impression. Here are a couple of things to consider.
The Company
How you will sell the company? It isn’t simply about benefits. Explain in your own words how the company was set up, a little about who owns it and some unusual background story. Make them want to know more.
The Role
You need to bring the role to life. Explain why it is important to the company and how it contributes to its success. They will be interested in the team set up, use examples from their CV to illustrate why it may be the ideal role for them. You need them excited about the role, too!

Be ready for a wide range of questions from the candidate. Some that they may ask include:
