The vaccine is being rolled out, schools are aiming to be open on 8 March (I have my fingers and toes crossed as I type this), spring is on the way with the days getting longer.  My poinsettia is still alive…just, thus the picture.

It is time to start focussing on the other side of this pandemic.  What are your plans for the company, the office, your employees, the year?  You need to give yourself and your company something to aim for.   Are you going to change the way the company works?  It is worth looking at all the functions and see how they can be improved, think out of the box.  BUT remember you need to think about the impacts any changes you want to make will have.
