There are the standard ones such as private health, life assurance but are they right for your company? Well you can firstly ask your employees before you go to providers for quotes. You may find that some may prefer family cover, but this is outside of your budget, so talk to the provider to see if the employee can pay for their family and you pay for the employees only. This may bring down your costs per employee as the number joining the scheme.
Health and fitness maybe important to your employees, so why not talk to a local gym either private or local authority to see what they offer. Maybe speak to a private trainer to come to the offices once a month for a work out or take them out walking or running. The cost doesn’t have to be excessive. You may find your employees have a membership but it is closer to home, why not let them leave early one day a week to go to their gym.
As it is the New Year and everyone is thinking about eating healthy, but they have a lot of food at home, how about organising a bring leftover food to work lunch. Then the following week introduce fruit. You may find the lunches are such a success that you introduce a monthly themed lunch.
