The government have announced they are no longer closing the current childcare voucher scheme in April 2018, and have instead this for six months to October 2018.  This allowed employees to fund childcare through their pre-taxed salary.

There is a new alternative scheme in place that offers tax free childcare which will replace the vouchers entirely.  This is for anyone earning £120 a week to £100,000 a year to receive a top up contribution for every child under 12.  Don’t miss deadlines for signing up.  To find out more, here is the government website link with all the information you need.
