HR Business Consultants were tasked to provide us with guidance as we do not have any HR resources within the charity.  Our priorities were to address some restructuring, recruitment and training.   These were completed smoothly.

Having them there at the end of the phone or coming into the office, gives us peace of mind ensuring we are making decisions in line with employment legislation. Knowing our managers have support has taken a weight off senior managers.
